fair location, minor issues

great location helpful staff thin walls unavailable bar

the location was great. it was super close to the zocalo and other attractions. the staff were really friendly too. they helped me with tips for transportation and cooked a delicious breakfast every day. the breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight of my trip, i found it filling and delicious!!!

the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear everything my neighbors did. it was not very comfortable. also, the advertised bar was not open. it was there, but it wasn't staffed, so nothing was available.

friendly staff spacious room

The staff was friendly. They even provided city travel information via email. my room, a standard queen room, felt spacious, and i really appreciated the separate shower and toilet areas.

the stairs were quite steep, it could be an issue for some guests.
